Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Welcome Baby Girl!

Not even we can make fun of the Kardashians for this one:

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are the new parents of a baby girl, E! News confirms, as the former gave birth to Penelope Scotland Disick early this morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

She weighed in at seven pounds, 14 ounces.

"Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably," Kourtney said in a statement, while Kris Jenner has also already chimed in and said it was an "easy delivery."

Kardashian and Disick announced they were expecting in November. They are already parents to Mason Dash, 2, and don't really have plans to marry any time soon.

We send our congratulations to the couple and look forward to seeing Penelope on the cover of whatever tabloid pays Kourtney and Scott the most money.

Octomom to Release Dance Song; Mayans Proven Correct Early

Palm, meet forehead ... Octomom Nadya Suleman is about to make her musical debut, in the form of a hot new dance track to be released Wednesday, August 1.

Between the Octomom porn movie, her horror film role, the upcoming stripper gig, and the payday loan endorsement deal, her resume sure is growing.

And ridiculous. For whatever reason, Global Groove Entertainment signed her to a deal and already produced her debut single, "Get on the Dance Floor."

Lifetime, Hallmark Viewers Drop as Women Tune into 'Snooki,' 'Pawn Stars'

NEW YORK - Some women seem to be rather watching MTV's Snooki or Bravo's Bethenny Ever After in primetime these days than more traditional female-focused or -leaning cable networks, such as Lifetime and Hallmark Channel, according to the New York Post.

A&E Television's Lifetime saw primetime ratings drop 17% among women 18-49 in the first quarter compared with the same period last year, it said, citing Nielsen data. Hallmark Channel saw the same 17% decline among women in first-quarter ratings, according to the Post.

Meanwhile, Lifetime sibling History Channel, driven by reality show Pawn Stars, recorded a 31% increase in the key female demographic, the paper said.

MTV was up 67 percent in this regard for the first quarter thanks to Jersey Shore, while Bravo, driven by the Real Housewives franchise, saw a 37% gain, and even ESPN was up 35%, according to the Post.

It also mentioned Discovery Communications' Investigation Discovery as seeing a rise in female viewers thanks to such shows as Who the Bleep Did I Marry?

Robert Seidman, an analyst at the TVbytheNumbers blog, told the Post: "Women viewers just aren't tuning to the cable homes of daytime stars Oprah and Martha in nearly the numbers that they're tuning into Snooki, Bethenny, NeNe and the Pawn Stars."

How much networks attract women viewers affects not only their ratings, but also their advertising revenue. Decisions on how to reach women are likely to also play a role in the annual upfront advertising market this spring.

"Advertisers are coming to us because we have incredible delivery of women," Investigation Discovery president Henry Schleiff told the Post. Women are a popular target demo for marketers because of their role in their household, said Brad Adgate, Horizon Media's senior vp, research. "They're the chief purchasing officers, so they're a great target for advertisers, and that's why so many networks are gunning for them,"

Netanyahu's office suggests that Bieber didn't want to meet with children who had recently come under siege from rocket fire, which the singer's rep denies.

Justin Bieber won't be meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ahead of his Thursday concert in Tel Aviv after all.

Netanyahu's spokesperson tells the New York Times that Bieber's camp approached his office to set up a meeting, and that the prime minister was "open to that." But after the PM's office suggested including kids from Southern Israel who have been under rocket fire from Gaza, Bieber's representatives backed away from the meeting, the office implied, according to the Times.

A member of Bieber's camp told the Times that discussions were halted because of logistical, not personal reasons, chalking it up to miscommunications.

Camps for both said the meeting had never been finalized.

Said a rep for Bieber: "Justin welcomes the chance to meet with kids facing difficult circumstances, regardless of their background, and in fact, he had already invited children from the Sderot area," which is near the Gaza border.

Bieber has been Tweeting about his annoyance at being pulled into the diplomatic snafu.

"i want to see this country and all the places ive dreamed of and whether its the paps [paparazzi] or being pulled into politics its been frustrating," he said.

Of the paparazzi, he Twittered: “They should be ashamed of themselves. Take pictures of me eating but not in a place of prayer, ridiculous.”

Newly Divorced Eva Longoria Explains Wedding Tattoo Mystery – Is It Gone?

Eva Longoria split from her love of seven years, NBA pro Tony Parker in January, and although she had the date of their wedding inked on the inside of her wrist, the actress says she has no regrets.

“No regrets. It’s funny because I have tattoos too,” Eva told Joy Behar on “The Joy Behar Show” on Friday. “I have my wedding tattoo – it’s 7 – 7 – 2007 — the day we got married, and I have to cover it for work.

“So one day I go out to dinner and I have makeup over it and they go, ‘Eva removed the tattoo!!!’ and then the next day I have it, and they go, ‘No, she didn’t,’” Eva laughed. “And then the next day I have it covered again. It’s funny – I don’t have regrets, even with my tattoos.”

Joy, a co-host for ABC’s hit daytime talker, “The View,” reminisced about her fiery disagreements with previous co-hosts, but Eva had nothing but rave reviews for her “Desperate Housewives” co-stars.

“We’ve been really lucky with our guys – our husbands. All of us have amazing co-star husbands,” Eva gushed. “And you know, I’m really close with Felicity [Huffman] and Marcia [Cross]. We live near each other and we just kind of see each other a lot more and they’ve been amazingly supportive through this whole thing that I’ve been through so, we are friends outside of the show.

“I was really good friends with Nicolette Sheridan before she left,” Eva added.

Geoffrey Rush To Voice Tomar-Re In 'Green Lantern'

Having been to the set of Warner Bros. summer tent pole Green Lantern, I was aware of how producer Donald De Line and director Martin Campbell were aiming for the highest-caliber voice talent to bring linguistic life to a slew of the films CG-rendered characters, but I wouldn't have guessed that Geoffrey Rush would eventually sign up to lend his theatrical talents to the fan favorite Lantern Tomar-Re. Nevertheless, that's what The Hollywood Reporter is claiming today as the film nears completion and its June 17th release date.

It'll make for a busy summer for the Oscar-winning actor and producer (who just took home a statue for shepherding The King's Speech), who reprises his beloved role as Captain Barbossa in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides a month before Green Lantern hits theaters. Though it seems a tad late in the game to be doing casting of any kind on a big-budget film like this, the source notes that bringing on vocal talent at the eleventh hour is commonplace in huge Hollywood productions like this $150 million superhero spectacle.

For those not geeky enough to know about the DC Comics mythology, Tomar-Re was an extraterrestrial scientist before becoming a member of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps. After joining, one of his major responsibilities on the Corps' home planet Oa was to train new recruits, a job he'll perform in the film on Ryan Reynolds' Hal Jordan. With awkward avian features and a cool attitude, he's been one of the most well received secondary characters in Green Lantern's long history, so it's not only a joy to have him included in the film but a major coup to have an actor as great as Rush portraying him.
